摘要
针对硫黄回收装置液硫中H_(2)S含量不达标的问题进行分析,主要影响因素有低压蒸汽管网压力偏高、空气鼓泡管铺设不足、液硫循环喷射停运、液硫池废气排放流程限制等,提出了降低液硫中H_(2)S含量的措施。措施实施后液硫中H_(2)S含量合格率由94.2%提升至100%,保证了液硫产品的品质,同时降低了H_(2)S对液硫管线和设备的腐蚀,避免了次生灾害的发生,为硫黄回收装置液硫品质提升提供了新的实施方案。
Based on the analysis of the problem that the H_(2)S content in the liquid sulphur of the sulphur recovery unit is not up to the standard,the main influencing factors are the high pressure of the low-pressure steam pipe network,insufficient air bubbling pipe laying,the shutdown of liquid sulphur cycle injection,and the restriction of the waste gas discharge process of the liquid sulphur pool.Measures to reduce the H_(2)S content in the liquid sulphur are proposed.After implementation,the qualification rate of the H_(2)S content in the liquid sulphur has increased from 94.2%to 100%,ensuring the quality of liquid sulphur products.At the same time,it reduces the corrosion of H_(2)S on liquid sulphur pipelines and equipment,avoids the occurrence of secondary disasters,and provides a new implementation plan for improving the quality of liquid sulphur in sulphur recovery units.
