摘要
介绍了汉中锌业有限责任公司锌冶炼烟气制酸尾气脱硫装置的工艺原理、工艺流程,以及在双氧水尾气脱硫降耗方面采取的技术措施和应用效果。通过提高烟气洗涤净化效果、优化转化工序工艺条件、解决转化工序换热器串气问题、优化操作控制等措施,总转化率由98.75%提高至99.95%,制酸尾气脱硫装置的双氧水消耗量由原来的2.5 kg/t左右降至1.3 kg/t,双氧水费用由原来的3.23元/t降至1.65元/t,产能为500 kt/a的硫酸装置可节约双氧水费用79万元/a,大大降低了尾气脱硫的运行成本。
The process principle and process flow of the tail gas desulfurization device for sulphuric acid production from zinc smelting flue gas in Hanzhong Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.are introduced,as well as the technical measures and application effects taken in the desulfurization and consumption reduction of hydrogen peroxide tail gas.By improving the efficiency of flue gas washing and purification,optimizing the process conditions of the conversion process,solving the problem of gas flow in the heat exchanger of the conversion process,and optimizing operational control,the total conversion rate has been increased from 98.75%to 99.95%.The hydrogen peroxide consumption of the desulfurization device for acid production tail gas has been reduced from about 2.5 kg/t to 1.3 kg/t.The cost of hydrogen peroxide has been reduced from 3.23 yuan/t to 1.65 yuan/t.A sulphuric acid plant with a production capacity of 500 kt/a can save 790 thousand yuan/a,greatly reducing the operating cost of tail gas desulfurization.
