冶炼废水中铼提纯工艺优化研究及实践

摘要 介绍了高铼酸铵原有工艺流程及存在的问题,对原有提纯工艺进行了升级优化,完善了工艺流程及操作参数,增加了升温溶解、真空抽滤、冷冻结晶及离子交换树脂吸附等工序,实现了提纯的多级分离以及钾离子去除,过滤效率及产品质量明显提升,产品中高铼酸铵质量分数达到99.91%。 The original process flow and existing problems of ammonium perrhenate are introduced,and the original purification process is upgraded and optimized.The process flow and operating parameters are improved,and processes such as temperature rise dissolution,vacuum suction filtration,freezing crystallization,and ion exchange resin adsorption are added.Multilevel separation of purification and potassium ion removal are achieved.The filtration efficiency and product quality are significantly improved,with the mass fraction of ammonium rhenate in the product reaching 99.91%.
