废酸及酸性气制酸装置节能改造的设计和运行

摘要 介绍了山东滨化滨阳燃化有限公司15 kt/a废酸及2200 m^(3)/h酸性气回收利用装置节能改造的设计与运行情况。改造采用液硫代替干气为废酸裂解提供能量,新增液硫地下池,并将原裂解炉燃烧器更换为半预混式高效节能型燃烧器。装置建成后一次投料试车成功,各项技术经济指标良好,达到了预期效果。该改造不仅可以减少燃料消耗,还增加了硫酸产量,大大降低了运行成本,环境效益和经济效益显著。 The design and operation of the energy-saving renovation of the 15 kt/a waste acid and 2200 m^(3)/h acid gas recovery and utilization device at Shandong Binhua Binyang Combustion Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The transformation uses liquid sulphur instead of dry gas to provide energy for waste acid cracking,adds a liquid sulphur underground pool,and replaces the original cracking furnace burner with a semi premixed high-efficiency energy-saving burner.After the completion of the device,a successful feeding test was conducted,and all technical and economic indicators were good,achieving the expected results.This transformation not only reduces fuel consumption,but also increases sulphuric acid production,greatly reducing operating costs,and achieving significant environmental and economic benefits.
