消防安全管理现状与消防监督管理模式探究

消防安全关系到人民安居乐业、社会稳定和谐、经济平稳增长,是我国“治理现代化”的重要构成部分,无论如何强调消防意识与强化消防能力都不为过。从职能定位上说,消防安全管理属于社会管理与公共服务范畴,因此要唤醒广大人民群众的参与意识,建立快速反应、高效协同的消防监督管理模式。基于此,从宏观视角出发,通过分析我国消防安全管理现状,进一步归纳存在的问题,剖析问题出现的原因,旨在为促进消防监督管理模式的不断健全、为系统性提升消防安全管理水平提供合理化建议。

Fire safety is related to people's living and working in peace and contentment,social stability and harmony,and stable economic growth.It is an important component of the"modernization of governance"in our country.No matter how to emphasize the awareness of fire fighting and strengthen the ability of fire fighting,it is not too much.In terms of functional orientation,fire safety management belongs to the category of social management and public services.Therefore,it is necessary to awaken the participation consciousness of the broad masses of people and establish a rapid response,efficient and coordinated fire supervision and management mode.Based on this,starting from the macro perspective,through the analysis of the current situation of fire safety management in our country,the existing problems are further summarized,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.The purpose is to promote the continuous improvement of the fire safety supervision and management mode and provide reasonable suggestions for systematically improving the level of fire safety management.
