摘要
为明晰工作特征对中小企业安全管理员工作绩效的影响机理,基于工作要求-资源(JD-R)模型,通过文献与理论综述构建了中小企业安全管理员工作绩效影响因素模型,识别出安全氛围、职业倦怠2个中介变量;并利用设计的变量测量量表,收集了中小企业安全管理员有效调查问卷182份用于实证检验。结果表明:工作资源和工作要求分别对中小企业安全管理员工作绩效产生显著的正向、负向影响;安全氛围、职业怠倦既分别对中小企业安全管理员工作绩效产生显著的正向、负向影响,又分别在中小企业安全管理员工作特征与工作绩效之间起部分中介作用。
To clarify the influencing mechanism of job characteristics on job performance of safety managers in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),the influencing factors model of job performance of safety managers in SMEs is constructed based on job demands-resources model(JD-R).It identifies safety climate and job burnout as mediating variables.By using the designed variable measurement scale,182 valid questionnaires of safety managers in SMEs are collected for empirical analysis.The results show that:Job resources and job demands have significantly positive and negative effects on the job performance of safety managers in SMEs respectively;Safety climate and job burnout have significantly positive and negative effects on job performance of safety managers in SMEs respectively;Safety climate and job burnout partially mediate the relationship between job characteristics and job performance of safety managers in SMEs respectively.
