铁路曲线箱梁桥胶结法施工线形的控制方法

摘要 节段梁预制拼装技术在铁路桥梁建设中的应用越来越广泛。针对铁路曲线节段梁预制的施工要求,采用了长、短线法结合的预制方法,通过原理分析,确定了长短线法的线形控制方法。为了更好地分析长短线法在曲线铁路梁桥中的应用,提出了质量“四控”,通过数据分析得出了曲线梁桥线形控制过程中的重点,探讨了各质量影响的综合程度,可为后续其他类似工程的线形控制提供参考。 The segmental beam prefabricated assembly technology has widely been used in railroad bridge construction.Aiming at the construction requirements of railway curve segment beam prefabrication,the long and short line prefabrication method is adopted.The linear control method of long and short line method is determined through the principle analysis.In order to better analyze the application of the long and short line method in the curved railroad girder bridge,the"four controls"of quality are proposed,and the focus of the curve girder bridge alignment control process is derived through data analysis,and the comprehensive degree of each quality influence is discussed,which can provide reference for the subsequent alignment control of other similar projects.
