大型系杆拱桥的吊杆施工技术分析

摘要 吊杆施工技术长期以来都是大型系杆拱桥的施工难点,吊杆规模大、数量多,施工影响因素多。为保证施工质量,需要严格控制吊杆施工的各道工序,并科学处理施工中的重难点。基于此,结合隆化大道双线特大桥实际情况,立足吊杆施工的重难点,分析吊杆施工技术的应用要点,并提出重难点的控制措施。结果显示,在大型系杆拱桥工程中,将杆拱搭设安装和张拉系统相互结合,并从吊杆的制作、搭建安装、吊杆索张等重点环节加强施工控制,可以有效保证每根吊杆安装到位,从而保证大型系杆拱桥的总体结构的稳定性,延长使用寿命,值得类似工程参考借鉴。 The boom construction technology has been a difficulty in the construction of large tied arch bridges for a long time,with large scale and number of booms and many influencing factors.In order to ensure the quality of construction,it is necessary to strictly control each process of boom construction and scientifically deal with the important and difficult points in construction.Combing the actual situation of Longhua Avenue double-lane super bridge with the important and difficult points of boom construction,this paper analyzes the application points of boom construction technology,and proposes control measures for the important and difficult points.The results show that in the large tied arch bridge project,the pole arch erection and installation and tensioning system are combined with each other,and the construction control is strengthened from the key links such as boom fabrication,erection and installation,and boom cable tensioning,which can effectively ensure that each boom is installed in place,thus ensuring the overall structural stability of the large tied arch bridge and prolonging its service life,which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
