国内外奥运场馆运营现状及模式探究

奥林匹克运动会结束后的遗产利用问题引发了各国的关注。奥林匹克运动会在不停地举办,场馆也在世界各地拔地而起,不同的赛后运营模式也在逐步借鉴、更新与完善。在不久的将来,奥运场馆赛后利用模式会更进步、更完善、更先进。该文主要通过文献资料法、归纳法,分析得出:奥运场馆在建造之初侧重点聚焦于赛时要求居多,对赛后的场馆利用缺乏规划,导致很多奥运场馆都处于亏损状态。近几年各国对奥运场馆的赛后利用和经营越来越重视。该文选择中国、悉尼和伦敦奥运会场馆为主要研究对象,分析国内外奥运场馆运营模式的经验,为我国奥运场馆运营模式提供建议。

The problem of legacy utilization after the Olympics has attracted the attention of many countries.The Olympic Games are continuously being held,venues are also springing up all over the world,and different post-games operation modes are gradually being modeled,updated and improved.In the near future,the post-games utilization mode of Olympic venues will be more progressive,more perfect and more advanced.This paper mainly uses the literature method and induction method to analyze and conclude that Olympic venues focus on the requirements of the event at the beginning of construction and lack planning for the venue use after the games,resulting in many Olympic venues being in a state of loss.In recent years,many countries have paid more and more attention to the post-games utilization and operation of Olympic venues.This paper mainly selects the operation of Olympic venues in China,Sydney and London as the main research object to analyze the experience of the operation mode of Olympic venues at home and abroad,so as to provide suggestions for the operation mode of Olympic venues in China.
