上海市社区事务受理系统是上海市一网通办平台的重要组成部分,在2014年建设和2018年升级两次建设中,系统架构从市区两级“1+16”模式升级到全市统一平台,通过合理的系统设计实现与全市一网通办平台和近20个条线业务系统的对接,大幅度提升市民享受政务服务的办事体验。

The Shanghai Community Affairs Service System is an important part of the government online-offline platform.By the development in 2014 and the upgrade in 2018,the system architecture was upgraded from the urban two-level"1+16"model to the city-wide unified platform.The Shanghai Government Online Offline Platform is integrated with nearly 20 business lines through mature infrastructure design.The citizens'experience of the government services is greatly improved.
