融合多模态数据的医院网格化管理应用研究

Application Research of Hospital Grid-based Management with Multi-modal Data

利用多模态数据融合技术,实现医院网格化管理的路径。具体以上海市胸科医院为研究案例,通过制度修订、人员分类等举措,构建整合定位手环、交接班等多源数据的网格化信息平台。通过平台的建设与应用,医院管理决策得以高效贯彻执行,网格员填报速度明显提高,漏报、迟报率有所降低,这些措施有效支撑疫情防控,进一步推动了公立医院的高质量发展。

The hospital grid-based management is explored by multimodal data fusion technology.Shanghai Chest Hospital is taken as a research case,a grid-based information platform integrating multiple sources of data such as positioning bracelets and shift handover is constructed through initiatives such as system revision and personnel classification.Through the construction and application of the platform,hospital management decisions are efficiently implemented,the speed of grid members filling in reports is significantly improved,and the rates of missed and late reports are reduced,which effectively supports the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures and further promotes the high-quality development of public hospitals.
