城市配电网承载力自动化主站管理系统及提升

摘要 为了对配电网线路中潮流进行有效控制,提高配电网的承载能力,研究建立城市配电网承载力自动化主站管理系统。在配电网输电线路上安装分布式潮流控制器,提出基于直流潮流的DPFC设备优化配置方法,实现配电网承载能力最大化与DPFC的最优配置。系统对配电网中薄弱线路进行识别,将改进后的韧性度指标作为适应度函数得到全局最优解,采用权重系数反映配电网不同运行状态与状态指标的动态关系。实验结果显示本研究配电网承载力提升策略的效果最好,设备总容量达到80 MVA时配电网承载力上升到1.128,能够识别到的薄弱线路数量最多为51个。 In order to effectively control the power flow in the distribution network and improve the carrying capacity of the distribution network,this research establishes an automated master station management system for the carrying capacity of the urban distribution network,and installs a distributed power flow controller on the transmission line of the distribution network.The optimal configuration method of DPFC equipment based on DC power flow realizes the maximum carrying capacity of the distribution network and the optimal configuration of DPFC.The system identifies the weak lines in the distribution network,uses the improved resilience index as a fitness function to obtain the global optimal solution,and uses the weight coefficient to reflect the dynamic relationship between the different operating states of the distribution network and the state indicators.The experimental results show that the effect of the strategy of improving the carrying capacity of the distribution network in this study is the best.When the total equipment capacity reaches 80 MVA,the carrying capacity of the distribution network rises to 1.128,and the number of weak lines that can be identified is up to 51.
