基于回归模型的C_(4)烯烃最佳制备条件研究

摘要 使用乙醇生产制备C_(4)烯烃具有良好的前景。本文以乙醇作为平台化合物,获取乙醇催化偶合制备C_(4)烯烃的最佳条件。从催化剂组合设计与反应温度入手,首先采用最小二乘法得出线性回归表达式,然后建立多元线性回归模型和多目标规划模型,最后得出制备C_(4)烯烃的最佳条件为:反应温度450℃,催化剂组合为200 mg质量分数0.5%Co/SiO2-200 mgHAP-乙醇浓度0.3 mL/min。 There is a good prospect for the preparation of C_(4) olefins by using ethanol.In this paper,ethanol was used as a platform compound to obtain the optimal conditions for the catalytic coupling of ethanol to prepare C_(4) olefins.Starting from the design of catalyst combination and reaction temperature,a linear regression expression was first obtained by using the least squares method.Then,a multiple linear regression model and a multi-objective programming model were established.Finally,the optimal conditions for preparing C_(4) olefins were acquired as follows:reaction temperature 450℃,catalyst combination of 200 mg,0.5 wt%Co/SiO2-200 mg HAP ethanol concentration of 0.3 mL/min.
