地方院校土建专业师生成长共同体育人模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Mode as Teachers and Students'Growing Community of Civil Engineering Majors in Local Universities

新工科建设提出要全面落实“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,着力提升学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。通过分析工程教育问题及其成因,构建校企双主体多元化师生成长共同体,并以台州学院建筑工程学院土建专业人才培养的改革与实践为例,进一步探讨师生成长共同体育人体系的实践路径,即践行多元化育人模式,创新实践体系,搭建全方位一体化育人平台。

The new engineering construction proposed to fully implement the concept of"student-centered,output oriented and continuous improvement",focusing on improving students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.By analyzing the problems and causes of engineering education,we aim to build a diversified community of teacherstudent growth with both school and enterprise entities.Taking the reform and practice of civil engineering major at Taizhou University as an example,we further explore the practical path that is practicing the diversified education mode for teacher-student growth,innovating the practice system and building an all-round integrated education platform.
