基于数字化转型的航空发动机制造全过程质量管控系统构建

摘要 新形势下航空发动机制造企业传统粗放的质量控制方式,已难以满足内外部对其工作质量和效率的要求.本文针对航空发动机制造企业特点,提出在数字化转型背景下,通过有机集成数字化检测(DMS)和质量信息化系统(QMS),建立一套面向航空发动机制造全过程的质量管控系统,从而实现重要质量要求全面落地,过程质量管理更为规范、精准和高效,以期对其他同类型企业提高产品质量和管理效率,实现高质量发展提供借鉴和参考. Under the new situation,the traditional and extensive quality control methods of aviation engine manufacturing enterprises are no longer able to meet the internal and external requirements for their work quality and efficiency.According to the characteristics of aero-engine manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes to establish a set of quality control system for the whole process of aero-engine manufacturing through organically integrated digital detection(DMS)and quality information system(QMS)under the background of digital transformation,so as to realize the full implementation of important quality requirements,and make process quality management more standardized,accurate and efficient,with a view to providing reference and guidance for other similar enterprises to improve product quality and management efficiency and achieve high-quality development.
