摘要 本工程以某公司向兰州奥体中心供汽项目厂外工程管道人工顶管施工为例,介绍了城市主干道下蒸汽管网工程人工顶管施工工艺流程,顶管顶进过程中公路中间部位深约-5.5m部位遇夹砂层出现坍塌现象,通过预制外径1818mm环形钢模板进行顶撑加固,注浆固结及触变泥浆减阻,安全地实现了直径1800mm管道斜穿长度约66.4m公路的顺利顶进施工,未对城市交通造成影响,实现了奥体中心项目如期运营,为同类工况下顶管施工工程提供了借鉴. This project takes the artificial pipe jacking construction of the steam supply project outside the plant of a company to Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center as an example,and introduces the artificial pipe jacking construction process of the steam pipe network project under the urban main road.During the pipe jacking process,the sand layer collapses in the middle part of the highway at a depth of about-5.5m.The prefabricated ring steel formwork is used for jacking reinforcement,grouting consolidation and thithiatic mud resistance reduction.Safely realized the smooth jacking construction of the highway with a diameter of 1800mm and a diagonal threading length of about 66.4m,without affecting the urban traffic,realized the scheduled operation of the Olympic Sports Center project,and provided a reference for the pipe jacking construction project under similar working conditions.
