上行式移动模架在大吨位铁路现浇箱梁施工中的应用

本文主要介绍了在新建渝昆高铁云贵段站前6标待补镇跨鸡鸣山大道大桥现浇简支梁施工中,由于该桥简支梁施工难度和安全风险较高,而且由于梁体较大,对梁体施工质量和线形控制也提出了很高要求.为克服简支梁施工难度,降低施工风险,同时保证梁体施工质量和线形符合相关规定,项目部对施工方案进行严格比选,最终采用上行式移动模架进行现浇简支梁的施工.充分利用该移动模架的一系列优点,不但保证了梁体施工安全,降低了施工风险,而且成型后的梁体质量、挠度及线形均符合相关规定和要求,同时由于该模架移动便捷,过孔方便,大大增加了施工进度,缩短了施工周期,从而降低了施工措施费用.该类型移动模架也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考.

This paper mainly introduces the construction of the cast-in-situ simply supported beam of the bridge across Jimingshan Avenue in the section to be supplemented town of the first 6 sections of the Yungui Section of the new Chongqing Kunming High Speed Railway.Due to the high construction difficulty and safety risks of the simply supported beam of this bridge and the large beam body,it not only greatly increase the construction difficulty and safety risk of simply supported beams,but also put forward high requirements for beam construction quality and linear control.In order to overcome the construction difficulty of simply supported beams,reduce the construction risk,and ensure that the construction quality and alignment of the beams comply with relevant regulations,the Project Department strictly compares and selects the construction schemes,and finally uses the upward mobile formwork for the construction of cast-in-situ simply supported beams.Taking full advantage of a series of advantages of the movable formwork,it not only ensures the construction safety of the beam body,reduces the construction risk,but also conforms to the relevant regulations and requirements in terms of the quality,deflection and alignment of the formed beam body.At the same time,due to the convenient movement of the formwork and through holes,the construction progress is greatly increased,the construction period is shortened,and the cost of construction measures is reduced.This type of movable formwork also provides reference for similar construction in the future.
