核电厂用紧凑换热器强度分析及验证

摘要 为了验证核电厂用紧凑式换热器的强度满足使用要求,以某核电厂余热排出热交换器为原型,设计并制造了一台紧凑式换热器,对其进行了机械强度校验.通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对换热板片进行强度分析,结果表明换热板强度满足设计要求;通过SW6软件分析了换热器封头及接管,结果表明封头强度和接管局部应力均满足设计要求.对制造成品进行耐压试验和气密性试验,试验结果表明所设计的换热器强度合格,满足使用要求.上述工作为后续开展核电厂用紧凑换热器的设计提供指导. In order to verify that the strength of the compact heat exchanger used in nuclear power plants meets the operating requirements,a compact heat exchanger was designed and manufactured based on a residual heat removal heat exchanger of a nuclear power plant,and its mechanical strength was tested and verified.The strength of the heat exchange plate is analyzed through ANSYS Workbench finite element software,the results indicate that the strength of the heat exchange plate meets the design requirements;The head and nozzle of the heat exchanger are analyzed by SW6 software,and the results show that the head strength and local stress of the nozzle meet the design requirements.The Hydrostatic test and air tightness test are carried out for the manufactured products,and the test results show that the strength of the designed heat exchanger is qualified and meets the operating requirements.The above work provides guidance for the subsequent design work of compact heat exchangers for nuclear power plants.
