摘要
本文在对传统K13型风动卸砟车作业流程和卸砟原理深入调研的基础上,结合目前新建有砟铁路补砟特点和工程实际,提出将现有铁路平板车改装为道砟运输车的设计原理和上线补砟技术方案,并对砟肩卸砟位置调节器和道心卸砟位置调节器的加工技术方案和使用方法进行介绍.改造后的道砟运输车在新建连云港至镇江铁路项目进行实际应用,在提高作业效率、降低劳动强度、提高设备利用率、降低施工成本等方面取得了显著的综合效益,为新建有砟线路施工和既有线旧线维护提供借鉴参考.
On the basis of in-depth research on the operation process and unloading principle of the traditional K13 pneumatic ballast unloading vehicle,combined with the characteristics and engineering practice of the newly built ballast railway,this article proposes the design principle and online ballast repair technology plan of modifying the existing railway flat car into a ballast transport vehicle,and introduces the processing technology and usage methods of the ballast shoulder unloading position adjuster and the ballast center unloading position adjuster.The renovated ballast transport vehicle has been applied in the new Lianyungang Zhenjiang Railway project,achieving significant comprehensive benefits in improving operational efficiency,reducing labor intensity,improving equipment utilization,and reducing construction costs.It provides reference for the construction of new ballast lines and the maintenance of existing lines.
