斜拉索是斜拉桥的重要组成部分,斜拉索对斜拉桥施工质量有直接影响.本文以渭河五桥斜拉索为依据,介绍了斜拉索的结构组成、斜拉索施工的过程及部分参数控制.尤其是对斜拉索的定位安装、张拉过程控制、锚固与防水进行了介绍,进一步补充了斜拉索施工过程的工艺技术参数,为行业内斜拉桥中斜拉索施工提供实践经验.

The cable-stayed cable is an important part of the cable-stayed bridge,and it has a direct influence on the construction quality of the bridge.Based on the stay cable of Weihe No.5 Bridge,this paper introduces the structure composition of stay cable,the construction process of stay cable and some parameter control.In particular,the positioning and installation,tension process control,anchorage and waterproofing of the stay cable are introduced,and the technical parameters of the construction process of the stay cable are further supplemented,which provides practical experience for the construction of the stay cable in the industry.
