摘要
通过采用硫酸铝、络合剂、二乙醇胺、稳定组分、早强组分常温下合成无碱速凝剂,并系统研究了各组分对速凝剂性能的影响,筛选出最佳合成比例.试验结果表明,最优配比为:硫酸铝、络合剂、二乙醇胺、稳定组分、早强组分所占质量百分比分别为64%、1%、7%、1.5%、5%,采用基准水泥,掺量8%,所制得的无碱速凝剂达到GB/T 35159-2017和Q/CR 807-2020标准要求.
The aluminum sulfate,complexing agent,diethanolamine,stable component and early-strong component were utilized to synthesis the alkali-free accelerating at room temperature.The influence of different components on the accelerator properties was systematically studied,therefore an alkali-free accelerator with optimal properties was successfully synthesized.The result showed that optimum proportion of aluminum sulfate,complexing agent,diethanolamine,stable component and early-strong component is 64%、1%、7%、1.5%and 5%.With 8%content,the alkali-free accelerator can meet the requirements of GB/T 35159-2017 and Q/CR 807-2020 standard.
