基于表单化管理的火电基建工程智能化管理平台设计与应用

摘要 随着表单化管理的发展,以及基建工程智能化管理、数字化管理的需求,建立表单化管理体系和表单化管理实施流程,推行表单化管理,精确识别安全管理薄弱点,解决电力建设项目质量控制难题,提高安全管理水平.本文基于表单化管理,建立智能化管理平台,逐级分解落实项目全过程管控计划,实现工程项目全生命周期管理,结合工地的实际管理需求,把工地相关的"人、机、料、法、环"五要素作为重点管理对象,打造"安全、绿色、高效"的火电基建工程管理云平台,实现了将复杂问题简单化,降低了工程项目管理的成本,有效地提高了管理效率. With the development of form based management and the demand for intelligent and digital management of infrastructure engineering,a form based management system and implementation process have been established to promote form based management,in order to accurately identify weak points in safety management and solve the quality control problems in power construction projects and improve safety management level.This article is based on form-based management,establishes an intelligent management platform,decomposes and implements the entire process control plan of the project step by step,and realizes the full lifecycle management of engineering projects.Combined with the actual management needs of the construction site,and taking the five elements of"human,machine,material,method,and environment"related to the construction site as key management objects,a"safe,green,and efficient"thermal power infrastructure engineering management cloud platform is constructed,which simplified complex problems,reduced the cost of engineering project management and effectively improved management efficiency.
