互联网+随访平台在全膝关节置换患者恐动症及功能锻炼依从性中的应用

Application of Internet+follow-up platform in kinesiophobia and functional exercise compliance of total knee arthroplasty patients

目的探讨依托互联网+随访平台的护理干预对全膝关节置换患者恐动症及功能锻炼依从性的影响.方法分别选取2022年1—3月、4—6月在厦门大学附属中山医院关节外科行单侧全膝关节置换术并存在恐动症的患者各43例为对照组及干预组,对照组进行传统护理干预,干预组进行依托互联网+随访平台的护理干预,分别在术后24 h、1周、1个月收集两组恐动症评分、骨科患者功能锻炼依从性量表得分情况并进行统计分析.结果干预组与对照组TKA术后患者1周及1个月恐动症得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TKA术后患者1周及1个月功能锻炼依从性及各维度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论依托互联网+随访平台的护理干预可缓解TKA患者恐动症水平,并提高患者功能锻炼依从性.

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention relying on Internet+follow-up platform on kinesiophobia and functional exercise compliance in patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods Forty-three patients who had received unilateral total knee arthroplasty(TKR)in the Joint Surgery Department of a Third Grade Hospital in Fujian province from January to March,and from April to June in 2022 were selected as the control group and the intervention group,respectively.The control group received traditional nursing intervention,and the intervention group received nursing intervention based on Internet+follow-up platform.The kinesiophobia score and compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedic patients were recorded 24 hours,1 week and 1 month after operation for analysis.Results There were significant differences in the scores of kinesiophobia between the intervention group and the control group 1 week and 1 month after TKA(P<0.05).There were significant differences in compliance of functional exercise and scores of each dimension between the two groups 1 week and 1 month after TKA(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the Internet+follow-up platform can alleviate the level of kinesiophobia in TKA patients and improve the compliance of functional exercise,which is worthy of further promotion.
