某基层部队官兵口腔健康横断面现状调查及影响因素

A cross-sectional survey on the current status of oral health of grassroots troops in Beijing

目的调查某基层部队官兵的口腔健康状况及其有关影响因素,以此为全军的口腔保健工作提供科学的指导。方法对某基层部队官兵959人进行口腔健康检查和问卷调查。结果在接受调查的959名某基层部队官兵中,牙龈出血检出率61.31%,牙石检出率为64.96%;龋齿的患病率为36.5%;15.33%使用含氟牙膏刷牙;80%每天刷牙2次或2次以上;刷牙次数≥2次/d可以减少牙龈出血,差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=3.894,P=0.048);72%牙线使用<1次/d,使用牙线≥1次/d受检者患龋率及口腔溃疡显著低于牙线使用<1次/d(X^(2)=10.485,P=0.01;X^(2)=4.388,P=0.036)。结论本次调查发现我军官兵牙龈出血检出率及患龋率较高,且对自我口腔保健知识和方法普遍认识不足,建议部队的口腔医疗机构定期为部队官兵进行口腔检查,开展口腔健康宣教,改善官兵的口腔健康状况。

Objective To investigate the oral health status of officers and soldiers of a grassroots unit stationed in Beijing and its correlated influencing factors,so as to provide scientific guidance for the oral health care work of the whole army.Methods The oral health examination and questionnaire survey for 959 officers and soldiers of a grassroots unit stationed in Beijing was conducted.Results Among the 959 soldiers who participated in the survey,the detection rate of gingival bleeding was 61.31%,and the detection rate of dental calculus was 64.96%.The prevalence of dental caries was 36.5%,and 15.33%used fluoride toothpaste for brushing.80%brushed their teeth two or more times a day.Brushing teeth at least 2 times per day can reduce gingival bleeding,and the dfference was statistically significant(X^(2)=3.894,P=0.048).72%used dental floss less than once a day,and those who used dental floss at least once a day had significantly lower rates of dental caries and oral ulcers compared to those who used dental floss less than once a day(X^(2)=10.485,P=0.01;X^(2)=4.388,P=0.036).Conclusion The detection rates of gingival bleeding and dental caries were high among soldiers in our army,and they had a general lack of knowledge and methods for oral self-care.It is suggested that oral medical institutions in the army should regularly conduct oral examinations and health education for soldiers to improve their oral health status.
