基于可视化分析方法透视胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂的临床研究热点

Perspective of GLP-1RAs clinical research hotspots based on visual analysis method

目的:对近10年来胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂(GLP-1RAs)相关临床研究进展进行可视化分析,直观地呈现GLP-1RAs当前的研究现状及热点。方法:检索Web of Science核心数据库2010-2022年GLP-1RAs的相关文献,使用CiteSpace可视化分析软件进行数据转换,并对纳入文献进行关键词突发性检测分析、关键词时间线分析、共被引文献聚类分析,解析近年来GLP-1RAs临床研究的演进过程及前沿热点。结果:共纳入1367篇文献,突发性检测出强度前25位关键词、关键词聚类分析生成12个显著聚类、共被引文献生成10个显著聚类。结论:目前的研究侧重于心血管保护作用及慢性肾病的临床研究、与其他降糖药物的联合用药及安全性与疗效的随机对照试验。

OBJECTIVE To visually analyze the clinical research progress related to glucagon 1 receptor agonists(GLP-1RAs)in recent ten years,and visually present the current situation and research hotspots of GLP-1RAs.METHODS The literature related to GLP-1RAs from 2010 to 2022 in Web of Science core databases were retrieved,and the data were converted by CiteSpace software.Keyword sudden detection analysis,keyword time-line analysis and co-cited literature cluster analysis were performed for the included literature.RESULTS A total of 1367 references were included,and the top 25 keywords in sudden detection intensity were detected,12 significant clusters were generated by keyword cluster analysis,and 10 significant clusters were generated by co-cited references.CONCLUSION Current research focuses on clinical studies of cardiovascular protection and chronic kidney disease,combination with other hypoglycemic agents,and randomized controlled trials of safety and efficacy.
