特殊事件思政教育法对实习护生职业认同现状影响研究

Research on the influence of special event ideological and political theory education law on the status quo of professional identification of clinical nursing students

摘要 目的:利用疫情特殊事件进行特殊事件思政教育,以提升实习护生职业认同,为护理专业开展思政教育提供一种参考模式。方法:采用四阶段特殊事件思政教育,分别是示范性校友优秀事迹征集宣传学习、“我的抗疫故事”、课堂互动讨论及先进校友报告交流,全程传导职业思政教育。特殊事件思政教育后采用我国郝玉芳2011年研制的护生职业认同问卷作为调查工具,对505名护理实习生的职业认同感进行调查。结果:经过特殊事件思政教育,实习护生职业认同感总得分为(61.94±9.86)分;男女护生得分分别为(58.25±12.08)分、(62.40±9.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);20岁至25岁不同年龄护生得分依次为(59.78±8.38)分、(60.05±9.73)分、(61.15±9.95)分、(63.22±9.29)分、(64.10±10.70)分、(65.9±9.80)分,年龄增长与职业认同感得分成正相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余调查因素之间差异无统计学意义。职业认同5个维度中,社会说服维度得分最高,为(3.90±0.77)分,留职获益与离职风险维度得分最低,为(3.45±0.69)分。思政教育后,96.0%的实习护生感受到从事护理行业的责任感,96.6%的护生愿意参与特殊事件护理工作或志愿工作。结论:特殊事件思政教育后,实习护生体现了正性职业价值观和使命感,职业认同感有提高,但仍处于中等水平,应注重继续加强整体护生思政教育,增强学生对护理的职业热爱感,特别是应注重男性及低年龄实习护生的相关思政教育。 Objective:To use the special events of the epidemic to carry out ideological and political theory education on special events to enhance the professional identity of interns and provide a reference model for the development of ideological and political theory education in nursing majors.Methods:Adopt four stages of special event ideological and political theory education,including the collection of exemplary alumni's outstanding deeds for publicity and learning,“My Story of Anti⁃epidemic”,classroom interactive discussions and advanced alumni report exchanges,and conduct professional ideological and political theory education throughout the process.After the ideological and political theory education of special events,the professional identity questionnaire for nursing students developed by Hao Yufang in 2011 was used as the survey tool to investigate the professional identity of 505 nursing interns.Results:After ideological and political theory education on special events,the total score of professional identity of interns was(61.94±9.86);the scores of male and female nursing students were(58.25±12.08)and(62.40±9.47)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of nursing students at different ages from 20 to 25 years old are(59.78±8.38),(60.05±9.73),(61.15±9.95),(63.22±9.29),(64.10±10.70),(65.9±9.80).There is a positive correlation between growth and occupational identity scores,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and there is no statistically significant difference between the other survey factors.Among the five dimensions of professional identity,the social persuasion dimension has the highest score(3.90±0.77),and the retention benefit and turnover risk dimension have the lowest score(3.45±0.69).96.0%of interns feel the sense of responsibility in the nursing industry,and 96.6%are willing to participate in special event nursing work or voluntary work.Conclusion:After the ideological and political theory education for special events,the interns have embodied positive professional values and sense of mission,and their professional identity has improved,but they are still at a medium level.We should focus on continuing to strengthen the overall ideological and political theory education of nursing students,and enhance students'understanding of the nursing profession's love,especially the ideological and political theory education of male and low-age interns.
