新疆边远地区住培医师信息素养现况调查和培养干预对临床诊疗能力的影响 被引量:1

Survey on the current situation of information literacy of training resident physicians in remote areas of Xinjiang and the impact of training intervention on clinical diagnosis and treatment ability

摘要 目的:对新疆边远地区住培医师的信息素养进行现况调查,并充分结合医院图书馆资源进行信息素养的培训并推动教学,观察其临床诊疗能力提升的效果。方法:整群抽样法选取2018年9月录取的新疆克拉玛依地区和新疆喀什和田地区参加住院医师规范化培训的本科学历学员各110名,按区域分为两组:喀什和田地区为对照组,进行常规住院医师规范化培训;克拉玛依地区为试验组,在常规住院医师规范化培训过程中充分结合医院图书馆资源深入开展信息素养课程培训并推动教学。在入学时、入学12个月和入学24个月3个时间点进行临床定期考核和信息素养问卷调查,对比分析3个时间点2组间的临床定期考核成绩和信息素养调查成绩,并采用线性回归分析信息素养成绩是否是定期考核成绩的影响因素。结果:两组间入学时和入学12个月定期考核成绩,入学时信息素养调查成绩的比较无显著性差异,试验组入学24个月定期考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05),入学12个月和入学24个月信息素养调查成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05),线性回归分析显示信息素养成绩是定期考核成绩的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:新疆边远地区住培医师的学历教育和信息素养均处于弱势,学历教育短期内难以整体提高,在住培医师培养过程中充分结合医院图书馆资源深入开展信息素养课程培训并推动教学,能够促进住培医师能力的自我提升,显著提升临床诊疗能力,培养模式可普及推广。 Objective:To investigate the current situation of information literacy of training resident physicians in remote areas of Xinjiang,and to fully integrate hospital library resources to train and promote teaching of information literacy and observe the effect of their clinical diagnosis and treatment ability improvement.Methods:A whole⁃group sampling method was used to select 110 undergraduate trainees each from the Karamay region of Xinjiang and the Kashgar and Tian region of Xinjiang enrolled in residency standardized training in September 2018,and divided into 2 groups by region:the Kashgar and Tian region as the control group for regular residency standardized training,and the Karamay region as the experimental group,which fully combined hospital library in the process of regular residency standardized training The information literacy course training was carried out in depth and the teaching was promoted by the resources.The clinical periodic examination and information literacy questionnaires were conducted at the time of admission,12 months of admission and 24 months of admission,and the results of clinical periodic examination and information literacy survey were compared and analyzed between the two groups at the three time points,and linear regression was used to analyze whether information literacy scores were the influencing factor of periodic examination scores.Results:There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in the periodic assessment scores at the time of enrollment and 12 months of enrollment,and the information literacy survey scores at the time of enrollment,and the periodic assessment scores at 24 months of enrollment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the information literacy survey scores at 12 months of enrollment and 24 months of enrollment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the linear regression analysis showed that the information literacy scores were the influencing factor of the periodic assessment scores.(P<0.05),and linear regression analysis showed that information literacy scores were an influential factor in regular assessment scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The academic education and information literacy of training resident physicians in remote areas of Xinjiang are both disadvantaged,and it is difficult to improve the overall academic education in the short term.In the process of training resident physicians,the information literacy course training and teaching can be carried out in depth and promoted by fully combining the hospital library resources,which can promote the self⁃improvement of training resident physicians'ability and significantly improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,and the training model can be popularized.
