四步法模式化应急演练在碘造影剂过敏教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨四步法模式化应急演练在碘造影剂过敏教学中的应用价值。方法:随机选取在我院影像科学习的78名实习生和规培生并分成对照组和试验组。针对这些学员分别采用常规教学和四步法模式化应急演练教学,观察学员的理论和实践成绩,并评估学员对这种教学方式的可接受性和满意度。结果:试验组学员理论与实践成绩都明显增高,临床思维能力、学习效率和操作实践能力得到提升,学员满意度较高。结论:四步法模式化应急演练有较好的教学效果,可提升学员的应急能力、理论水平和实践操作能力。 Objective:To explore the value of the four⁃step model emergency drill in teaching iodine contrast allergy.Methods:Seventy⁃eight interns and trainees studying in the imaging department of our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The trainees'theoretical and practical performance was observed and their acceptability and satisfaction with this teaching method was assessed.Results:The trainees in the modeled group had significantly higher theoretical and practical scores,improved clinical thinking ability,learning efficiency and operational practice ability,and higher trainee satisfaction.Conclusion:The four⁃step modeled emergency drill has a good teaching effect and can improve the trainees'emergency response ability,theoretical level and practical operation ability.
