摘要
目的:探讨床边教学结合虚拟诊疗平台教学法对神经内科实习学生临床思维能力培养的效果。方法:将68名符合纳入标准的本科临床实习生随机分为试验组及对照组,每组各34名。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用床边教学结合虚拟诊疗平台教学法。两组学生入科、出科考试评价均采用Mini⁃CEX临床思维能力测试。结果:出科时试验组临床思维能力测试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),且出科时试验组临床思维能力测试成绩优于入科时成绩(P<0.05),试验组临床学习积极主动性量表得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:床边教学结合虚拟诊疗平台教学法应用于神经内科实习教学可明显提高学生自主学习能力,同时提高学生临床思维能力,有效提高教学效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of bedside teaching combined with virtual diagnosis and treatment platform teaching method on the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of neurology internship students.Methods:Sixty⁃eight undergraduate clinical interns who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 students in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used the bedside teaching combined with the virtual treatment platform teaching method.The students in both groups were evaluated by the mini⁃CEX clinical thinking ability test at the entrance and exit examinations.Results::The clinical thinking ability test score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability test score of the observation group was better than that of the entry group(P<0.05).The clinical learning initiative scale score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bedside teaching combined with virtual treatment platform teaching method applied to neurology internship teaching can significantly improve students'independent learning ability,and at the same time improve students'clinical thinking ability and effectively improve the teaching effect.
