新医科背景下基于应用场景的CBL教学模式应用探索——以医药数理统计课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 在生命健康全周期的新医科的理念下,培养学生具有较强的实验、临床数据统计分析能力是综合提升岗位胜任力的必然要求。针对医药数理统计课程难度大和与数据结合紧密的特点,探讨基于应用场景的医药数理统计课程CBL教学模式应用及效果评价。选择2021年某校医药数理统计课程授课对象的163名五年制本科生,开展基于应用场景的CBL模式教学,评价教学效果和CBL教学的开展模式。实施分层CBL教学模式前后满意度比较具有显著的统计学差异。基于应用场景的案例应该在课堂内容引入的部分引出,继而开展知识点学习,将教学内容模块化、视频和文字材料相结合的方式更有助于案例教学效果的提升,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生统计方法的应用能力。 Under the concept of new medical science of the whole life and health cycle,training students with strong experimental and clinical data statistical analysis ability is an inevitable requirement to comprehensively improve their post competence.Aiming at the characteristics of medicine mathematical statistic which is difficult and closely combined with data,the application and effect evaluation of CBL teaching mode of medicine mathematical statistic based on application scenarios were discussed.A total of 163 five-year undergraduate students were selected to conduct CBL teaching based on application scenarios,and the teaching effect and CBL teaching mode were evaluated.There is a significant statistical difference in satisfaction before and after the implementation of layered CBL teaching model.CBL based on application scenarios should be introduced in the part of classroom content introduction,and then carry out knowledge learning.Modularization of teaching content and combination of video and text materials are more conducive to the improvement of CBL teaching effect,stimulate students’interest in learning,and improve students’application ability of statistical methods.
