“三全育人”视角下高校思想政治教育协同育人机制研究——以隐性教育与显性教育的有机融合为例

“三全育人”是新时期高校思想政治教育工作切实有效开展的总体原则。坚持思想政治显性教育与隐性教育的辩证统一,既是高校思政课教学改革创新的基本原则,也是贯彻落实“三全育人”理念的基本要求。通过创新教育教学方式,实现显性教育和隐性教育的融合互补,有助于推进“全员全程全方位”育人格局的形成,有助于促进“五育并举”育人理念的实现。

"Three-wide education"is the general principle for the effective implementation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.To hold the dialectical unity of explicit and implicit ideological and political education is not only the basic principle of ideological and political teaching reform and innovation in colleges and universities,but also the basic requirement of implementing the conceptions of"three-wide education".Through innovating education and teaching methods,the integration and complementarity of explicit education and implicit education is helpful to promote the formation of the"develop morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor together"education pattern,and helps to promote the realization of the"five education"educational conceptions.
