摘要 为解决深圳市白花河沿岸初期雨水和污水长期直排导致河道黑臭的问题,基于“RPIR+磁混凝沉淀”技术,采用上、下合建的方式,在白花河沿岸新建1座有效容积为2×10^(4)m^(3)的调蓄池及处理能力为1.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d的污水处理站,实现初期雨水和污水就地处理、就近补水。运行结果表明,该污水处理系统对白花片区初期雨水和污水具有较好的处理能力,各项出水指标均优于考核标准并达到了地表IV类水标准,具有节省用地、施工周期短、投资成本低、出水稳定等优点,有效地改善了白花河河道黑臭现状,可为其他类似黑臭水体治理项目提供参考。 The initial rainwater and sewage have been directly discharged into the Shenzhen Baihua River for a long time,resulting in a black and odorous water body.In order to solve this problem,a new storage pond of 2×10^(4)m^(3) and a sewage treatment station with a treatment capacity of 1.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d are built along the Baihua River based on rural power improvement program(RPIR)and magnetic coagulation sedimentation technology by in an up-and-down manner to achieve the initial rainwater and sewage local treatment and nearby water recharge.The operation results show that the sewage treatment system has good treatment capacity for sewage and initial rainwater and the effluent indexes of the sewage treatment system is better than the assessment standard and reach the surface IV water standard.It has the advantages of land saving,short construction period,low investment cost and stable discharge standard.It can effectively improve the water quality of Baihua River,which can provide a reference for the other similar projects to treatment of black and odorous water body.
