青少年网络成瘾对学业拖延的影响:有调节的中介模型

摘要 采用网络成瘾、自我调节、社会比较倾向、学业拖延问卷对1301名青少年进行调查,结果显示:青少年网络成瘾检出率20.287%;青少年网络成瘾可以正向预测学业拖延;自我调节在网络成瘾预测学业拖延中起部分中介作用;社会比较倾向在网络成瘾与自我调节中起调节作用,当社会比较倾向水平较高时,网络成瘾对自我调节的预测作用增强。因此,可从降低网络成瘾、提高自我调节能力和积极引导社会比较入手,引导青少年减缓改善学业拖延,达到促进其健康发展的目的。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of Internet addiction on academic procrastination among adolescents and to uncover the underlying factors that are involved.By doing so,this research aims to promote the healthy development of adolescents.Methods:1301 adolescents were investigated with Internet addiction,self-regulation,social comparison tendency and academic procrastination questionnaires.Results:(1)The prevalence of internet addiction among adolescents was 20.287%.(2)Adolescent internet addiction can positively predict academic procrastination.(3)Self-regulation plays a partial mediating role in the prediction of academic procrastination by Internet addiction.(4)Social comparison tendency plays a moderating role in Internet addiction and self-regulation.When the level of social comparison tendency is high,Internet addiction has a stronger predictive effect on self-regulation.Conclusion:The promotion of adolescent well-being and academic progress can be initiated by reducing the prevalence of Internet addiction,enhancing self-regulatory skills,and actively guiding social comparison.
