摘要
首先提出了包含资源节约、绿色管理、生态环境、施工技术、效益协调5个准则层及29个指标的绿色施工评价指标体系;然后根据实测和调研数据构建灰色聚类综合评价模型,根据指标权重和灰色综合评价矩阵计算绿色施工等级;最后结合某装配式建筑项目施工案例研究了一套适用于装配式建筑绿色施工的评价指标体系和方法,对装配式项目绿色施工水平进行了评价。结果表明:经模型计算该项目绿色施工等级为优,此结果与项目评奖、现场绿色施工情况一致,验证了绿色施工评价指标体系和方法的科学性、适用性。
Firstly,a green construction evaluation index system is put forward,which includes five criterion layers and 29 indexes,including resource saving,green management,ecological environment,construction technology and benefit coordination.Secondly,according to the measured and survey data,the grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the green construction grade is calculated according to the index weight and grey comprehensive evaluation matrix.Finally,combined with the construction case of a prefabricated building project,a set of evaluation index system and methods suitable for green construction of prefabricated building are studied,and the green construction level of prefabricated building is evaluated.The results show that the green construction grade of the project is excellent according to the model calculation,which is consistent with the project award evaluation and the green construction on site,thus verifying the scientific nature and applicability of the evaluation index system and method of green construction.
