摘要
“三全育人”指的是全员育人、全过程育人和全方位育人。尽管古今中外的教育家、哲学家不曾明确使用过“三全育人”这一概念,但既往的教育思想却蕴含大量富有启发意义的德育思想和哲学思维。这些思想和理论共同构成“三全育人”的思想资源,具体包括马克思、恩格斯等经典作家关于人与教育的哲学思考、马克思主义哲学中国化中的教育思想、中国哲学优秀传统的德育思想和西方哲学中进步的教育理念等几个方面。
“San Quan education”refers to all-staff education,whole-process education and all-round education.Although generations of educators and philosophers in modern or ancient times,in China or abroad have never used the term“San Quan education”in their relevant research,a large number of enlightening moral and philosophical thoughts contained in their educational thoughts are undoubtedly important historical resources and spiritual wealth of the“San Quan education”thought in the new era.This paper carefully summarizes the thoughts of the classic writers such as Marx and Engels,the Sinicization of Marxist philosophy,Chinese philosophy and western philosophy,and strives to tap into the philosophical resources of“San Quan education”.
