摘要
本文采用以铅熔块、氧化锌、氧化锰、NH_(4)VO_(3)、钾长石、石英、高岭土为主要原料制备虹彩釉,研究组成、烧成制度、施釉厚度等工艺参数对釉面变化、呈色效果的影响。实验研究结果表明:配方组成为53%铅熔块、5%ZnO、8%NH_(4)VO_(3)、12%MnO_(2)、5%高岭土、5%石英、12%钾长石、1%Fe_(2)O_(3)、1%CuO,且烧成温度1200℃,保温时间为20min,析晶保温温度为860℃,保温时间为15~20min,施釉厚度为0.8~1.2mm时,釉面产生的虹彩效果最佳。
This paper uses lead melt,zinc oxide,manganese oxide,NH_(4)VO_(3),potassium feldspar,quartz,and kaolin as the main raw materials to prepare rainbow glaze,and studies the influence of process parameters such as composition,firing system,and glaze thickness on glaze surface changes and color effects.The experimental research results show that the optimal composition formula is 53%lead melt,5%ZnO,8%NH_(4)VO_(3),12%MnO_(2),5%kaolin,5%quartz,12%potassium feldspar,1%Fe_(2)O_(3),1%CuO,and firing temperature is 1200℃,holding time is 20min,crystallization holding temperature is 860℃,holding time is 15~20min,and the glaze thickness is 0.8~1.2mm,the best rainbow effect is achieved on the glaze surface.
