护生健康管理核心胜任力和自我效能现状及相关性分析

摘要 目的:调查本科护生健康管理核心胜任力和一般自我效能水平,探讨两者相关性。方法:2019年1月至2020年4月,选取天津医科大学护理学专业2016级113名学生进行健康管理核心胜任力和自我效能水平调查,根据学生是否参与健康管理学课程及实习进行分组,分时期调查学生健康管理核心胜任力和自我效能水平。结果:试验组学生健康管理核心胜任力、一般自我效能水平在不同时期分值差异有统计学意义;对照组学生胜任力水平与自我效能水平分值差异无统计学意义;护生健康管理核心胜任力总分及各维度与自我效能得分间呈正相关关系。结论:护生健康管理核心胜任力受自我效能影响,在本科理论及实践教学中适当添加健康管理学内容可有效提升学生健康管理核心胜任力。 Objective:To investigate the core competency and general self⁃efficacy levels of health management among undergraduate nursing students and explore the correlation between them.Methods:From January 2019 to April 2020,113 nursing students of Tianjin Medical University,class of 2016,were selected to investigate the health management core competency and self⁃efficacy levels,and the students were grouped according to whether they participated in health management courses and internships,and the students'health management core competency and self⁃efficacy levels were investigated in different periods.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the scores of core competency and general self⁃efficacy in different periods of time among the students in the experimental group;there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of competency and self⁃efficacy among the students in the control group;there was a positive correlation between the total scores of core competency and each dimension and self⁃efficacy scores of nursing students in health management.Conclusion:The core competency of health management of nursing students is influenced by self⁃efficacy,and adding health management content in undergraduate theoretical and practical teaching can effectively improve students'core competency in health management.
