新冠疫情下医学文献检索课程开展线上教学的成效与思考

摘要 为探讨疫情防控期间医学文献检索开展线上教学的成效,以“理论讲授+学生自主操作练习+操作讲解”的线上教学为例,通过学生成绩分析以及问卷调查,发现线上教学和线下教学的过程性考核成绩差异不显著,但是线上教学上机考试成绩明显优于线下教学。问卷分析表明,学习设备质量可能是干扰线上学习效果的主要原因。总体而言,医学文献检索课程开展线上教学具有现实可行性。 To study the effectiveness of online teaching of medical literature retrieval during COVID⁃19,this paper takes the online teaching mode of‘theory teaching combined with case study+students'autonomous practice+exercise explanation'as an example.Questionnaire surveys and the analysis of students'scores show that the process assessment result of online teaching and offline teaching are not significantly different,but the operation test score of online teaching is significantly better than offline teaching.The result of questionnaire analysis also shows that the quality of learning equipment might be the main reason to interfere with students'online learning.In general,it is feasible to carry out online teaching of medical literature retrieval during COVID⁃19.
