同步录播系统在临床技能实训教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨同步录播系统在临床技能实训教学中的应用价值。方法:随机选取100名学生分为试验组和对照组,各50人。试验组采用同步录播系统进行教学,对照组采用传统教学模式以教师讲述为主。学期结束后两组均采用技能操作考试和调查问卷形式的评估方法。结果:分别比较两组的技能操作考试成绩和调查问卷满意度,除教学内容外,试验组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用同步录播系统对医学生进行临床技能实训教学有利于提高学生临床技能操作能力和教学满意度。 Objective:To explore the application value of synchronous recording and broadcasting system in clinical skill training teaching.Methods:Randomly select the comparable information teaching experimental group(50 people)and the traditional teaching control group(50 people).The experimental group uses the synchronous recording and broadcasting system for teaching,and the control group uses the traditional teaching mode,mainly teachers'narration.At the end of the semester,both groups adopted the assessment methods of skill operation test and questionnaire.Results:Comparing the scores of skill operation test and questionnaire satisfaction of the two groups,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group except for the teaching content,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of synchronous recording and broadcasting system in clinical skill training teaching for medical students is beneficial to improve students'clinical skill operation ability and teaching satisfaction.
