青年男子不同强度有氧运动中最大心率与最大摄氧量的关系特征

摘要 目的:探讨青年男子在有氧运动中不同运动强度下的最大心率与最大摄氧量的关系特征。方法:招募10名健康青年男性为受试者,进行一次递增负荷心肺运动试验,测量受试者的最大心率和最大摄氧量;再分别以每个受试者40%、60%和80%VO_(2)max所对应的运动强度进行运动测试,记录所观察到的不同强度运动下的最大心率及最大摄氧量。结果:(1)低强度和中等强度运动过程中最大心率百分比与运动强度呈线性相关;大强度运动过程中最大心率百分比与运动强度不呈线性关系;(2)低强度、中等强度、大强度运动过程中最大摄氧量百分比与运动强度均呈线性相关;(3)低强度和中等强度运动过程中最大心率百分比与最大摄氧量百分比呈线性相关,大强度运动过程中最大心率百分比与最大摄氧量百分比不成线性关系,最大心率百分比与最大摄氧量百分比之间回归方程为Y=0.846X+0.121,P<0.05。结论:低强度和中等强度运动过程中最大心率百分比和最大摄氧量百分比呈线性关系,中低强度运动中可以通过心率间接推定最大摄氧量。 Objective:To explore the relationship characteristic of HRmax and VO_(2)max of young men at different intensity of exercise in aerobic exercise.Methods:Ten healthy young men were recruited as subjects,and an in⁃cremental cardiopulmonary exercise test was conducted to measure HRmax and VO_(2)max of subjects.Then,exercise tests were conducted with the exercise intensity corresponding to 40%,60%and 80%VO_(2)max of each subject,and the observed HRmax and VO_(2)max at different intensity of exercise were recorded.Results were as follows.(1)There was a linear correlation between the percentage of HRmax and exercise intensity during low-and medium-intensity exercise,and there was no linear relationship between the percentage of HRmax and exercise intensity during highintensity exercise.(2)The percentage of VO_(2)max during low-and medium-intensity and high-intensity exercise was linearly related to exercise intensity.(3)There was a linear correlation between the percentage of HRmax and the percentage of VO_(2)max during low-and medium-intensity exercise,there was no linear relationship between the percentage of HRmax and the percentage of VO_(2)max during high-intensity exercise,and the regression equation between the percentage of HRmax and the percentage of VO_(2)max was Y=0.846X+0.121,P<0.05.Result:There is a linear relationship between the percentage of HRmax and the percentage of VO_(2)max during low-and medium-intensity exercise,and VO_(2)max can be indirectly estimated through heart rate during low-and medium-intensity exercise.Conclusion:There is a linear relationship between the percentage of maximum heart rate and the percentage of maximum oxygen uptake during low and medium intensity exercise.The maximum oxygen uptake can be indirectly estimated through heart rate during low and medium intensity exercise.
