“教会、勤练、常赛”视域下高校体育教学模式探析--以西南交通大学为例

Analysis of the Teaching Mode of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of"Teaching,Frequent Practice and Regular Competition"—Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an Example

针对新时代学校体育“教会、勤练、常赛”的具体要求,该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等方法,对西南交通大学公共体育课近几年教学现状及成因进行分析。结果表明:在“教会”情况方面,西南交通大学为实施体育教学,打造线上慕课与线下实践教学混合式一体化“金课”,其中涉及各个运动项目,严格贯彻新时代体育精神,进一步引导学生养成优良体育道德;在“勤练”情况方面,学校为各项目设置体育健康超市,学生积极参与课余锻炼,运动项目具有选择性;在“常赛”情况方面,课外竞赛具有多样性特征,学生参与积极性较高。依据“教会、勤练、常赛”的具体要求提出相关建议。

In view of the specific requirements of"teaching,frequent practice and regular competition"of school physical education in the new era,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of public physical education teaching in Southwest Jiaotong University in recent years by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and data statistics.Results show that,in terms of the"teaching"situation,Southwest Jiaotong University has created a hybrid integrated"golden course"of online MOOCs and offline practical teaching to implement physical education,which involves various sports events,strictly implements sportsmanship in the new era,and further deepens students'cultivation of good sports ethics,in terms of"frequent practice",the university has set up the physical health supermarket for various events,students actively participate in after-school exercises,and sports events are selective,and that,in terms of"regular competition",extracurricular competitions are diversified,and students have a high motivation to participate.Relevant suggestions are put forward according to the specific requirements of"teaching,frequent practice and regular competition".
