四川省男子竞技体操队后备人才培养困境研究

Research on Predicaments of the Cultivation of Reserve Talents for the Men's Competitive Gymnastics Team in Sichuan Province

四川体育职业学院(原四川省运动技术学院)体操中心依靠传统的举国体制发展方式,为国家输送了一大批优秀人才,在奥运会上取得了优秀的成绩,如邹凯、邹敬园等。但是,随着社会不断发展,队内的后备人才数量和成绩逐渐下降,后续发展等问题愈发突出。在此背景下,该研究着眼于四川体操可持续发展观,采用实地考察、逻辑分析等研究方法,对四川省男子竞技体操专业队后备人才进行现状分析。新的历史背景下,四川省竞技体操后备人才培养存在以下问题:一是体操价值认识不够;二是学训冲突;三是选材手段多年不变;四是教练团队缺乏。改革方向:正面宣传体操价值;深化体教融合;优化选材机制,提高人才选拔科学性;改革教练培养机制。

The Gymnastics Center of Sichuan Sports College(formerly Sports Technology College)has provided a large number of outstanding talents for the country by relying on the development mode of the traditional whole nation system,and achieved excellent results in the Olympic Games,such as Zou Kai,Zou Jingyuan,etc.However,with the continuous development of the society,the number and performance of reserve talents in the team are gradually declining,and the problems such as follow-up development are becoming more prominent.In this context,this study focuses on the sustainable development concept of gymnastics in Sichuan,adopts the research methods such as field investigation and logical analysis to analyze the current situation of the reserve talents for the men's professional artistic gymnastics team in Sichuan Province.Under the new historical background,there are the following problems in the training of competitive gymnastics reserve talents in Sichuan Province:insufficient understanding of the value of gymnastics,the conflict of learning and training,the constant material selection method for many years,and the lack of a coaching team.Reform direction:Positively promote the value of gymnastics,deepen the integration of sports and education,optimize the selection mechanism to improve the scientificity of talent selection,and reform the coaching training mechanism.
