外来术语的翻译失真问题与知识图谱介入对策

Translation Distortion of Foreign Terms and Interventional Strategies with Knowledge Graph

外来术语引入后可能存在多个译名变体,其中有一类是由翻译失真导致,容易造成本土概念体系和跨语言学术交际的混乱,属于亟待规范的语言现象。本文以语言学术语“ideophone”的翻译方案为线索,集中讨论了归化策略下译名容易失真的原因与对策。术语翻译需要依靠双语之间共享的概念元素,当某个概念在双方语境中的发展不对称时,译名存在较高的失真风险。针对这类问题,本文借助两种知识图谱工具在概念体系中进行锚定,探讨知识图谱在术语规范工作与中文科技术语体系建设中的辅助性介入价值。

After the introduction of foreign terms,there may be multiple translation variants,one of which is caused by translation distortion,which is likely to cause confusion in the local concept system and cross-language academic communication.It is a language phenomenon that needs to be standardized urgently.Taking the linguistic term “ideophone” as a clue,this paper focuses on the causes and strategies of the translation distortion of foreign terms under the domesticating strategy.Translating terms relies on the shared concept elements between two languages.When the development of a concept in bilingual contexts becomes asymmetric,its translation has a high risk of distortion.This paper uses two knowledge graph tools to anchor in the concept system,and discusses the auxiliary intervention value of knowledge graph in terminology standardization and the construction of Chinese scientific and technological terminology system.
