Videoscribe手绘视频对提高照护者手卫生依从率及正确率的效果

The effect of Videoscribe hand-painted video on improving the compliance rate and accuracy of hand hygiene among caregivers

目的探讨照护者手卫生培训中应用Videoscribe手绘视频的作用及对照护者依从率、正确率的效果。方法应用便利抽样法选取2020年1月1日至2020年6月31日广州中医药大学顺德医院50名外聘照护者,分为对照组和实验组,各25名。对照组做常规PPT授课、现场示范培训,实验组做现场示范联合Videoscribe手绘视频培训。对比两组手卫生相关知识知晓情况、手卫生正确率、依从率、手部带菌量以及被照护者感染发生情况。结果实验组手卫生相关知识知晓评分、知识知晓率、正确率、依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组手部平均带菌量、所照护的患者感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Videoscribe手绘视频应用于照护者手卫生培训中,照护者对相关知识的知晓率、手卫生依从率、正确率均显著提高。

Objective To explore the effect of using Videoscribe hand-painted video in hand hygiene training for caregivers and its effect on the compliance rate and accuracy of caregivers.Methods A total of 50 external caregivers from Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to June 31,2020 were selected by convenience sampling method and divided into control group and experimental group,25 in each group.The control group did regular PPT teaching and on-site demonstration training,while the experimental group did on-site demonstration and Videoscribe hand-painted video training.The knowledge about hand hygiene,the correct rate of hand hygiene,the compliance rate,the amount of bacteria carried on the hand and the incidence of infection of the care-givers were compared between the two groups.Results Hand hygiene related knowledge score,knowledge awareness rate,accuracy rate and compliance rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average amount of bacteria in the hands of the experimental group and the incidence of infection in the patients cared for were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Videoscribe hand-painted videos in hand hygiene training for caregivers has significantly improved their awareness of relevant knowledge,hand hygiene compliance and accuracy.
