吞咽功能障碍早产儿引入非营养性吸吮干预对其吞咽功能的影响

Effects of non-nutritional sucking intervention on the swallowing function of premature infants with dysphagia

目的探讨吞咽功能障碍早产儿引入非营养性吸吮干预对其吞咽功能的影响。方法广东省高州市人民医院在2017年12月至2019年12月接纳了60例吞咽功能障碍早产儿,根据入住患儿病历号末尾奇偶数分为研究组与对照组各30例。对照组实施常规性护理干预,研究组实施非营养性吸吮干预。记录两组患儿在干预后第1、2、3周末的体重增长情况,对两组患儿干预后第3周末经口摄入奶量进行比较,并比较两组患儿从干预开始及至自主经口吞咽所需时间。结果研究组干预后第2、3周末体重增长情况高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患儿经口摄入奶量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿从干预开始及至自主经口吞咽所需时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮干预方案应用于吞咽功能障碍早产儿能改善个体吞咽功能,且能促进个体生理发育。

Objective To investigate the effect of non-nutritional sucking intervention on the swallowing function of premature infants with dysphagia.Methods A total of 60 premature infants with dysphagia dysfunction admitted to Gaozhou People's Hospital of Guangdong Province from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 30 cases each according to the odd and even number at the end of medical records.The control group performed routine nursing intervention,while the study group performed non-nutritional sucking intervention.The weight gain of the two groups at the first,the second and the third weekend after intervention was recorded,and the oral milk intake of the two groups at the third weekend after intervention was compared,as well as the time required for the two groups from the beginning of intervention to voluntary oral swallowing.Results The weight gain of the study group was higher than that of the control group at the second and the third weekend after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The oral intake of milk in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time required from intervention to spontaneous oral swallowing in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of non-nutritive sucking intervention in preterm infants with dysphagia dysfunction can improve individual swallowing function and promote individual physiological development.
