叙事护理联合认知矫正治疗在精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application of narrative nursing combined with cognitive correction therapy in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨叙事护理联合认知矫正治疗在精神分裂症患者中的效果。方法选取2019年1~12月在北京回龙观医院接受治疗的85例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组(43例)及干预组(42例)。对照组患者由责任护士实施精神分裂症患者常规护理干预,干预组患者在此基础上实施叙事护理联合认知矫正治疗。比较干预前后两组患者社会功能缺陷、应对方式和生活质量的差异。结果干预组患者SDSS评分显著低于对照组患者,患者积极应对和消极应对较对照组显著改善,患者心理社会、动机/精力、症状/副反应评分与对照组患者比较均显著降低,各指标的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合认知矫正治疗可以有效降低精神分裂症患者的社会功能缺陷,改善应对方式,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with cognitive correction therapy in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 85 patients with schizophrenia who received treatment in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and intervention group(42 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention by responsible nurses,while patients in the intervention group were given narrative nursing combined with cognitive correction therapy on this basis.The differences in social dysfunction,coping style and quality of life between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the positive coping and negative coping were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the psychosocial,motivation/energy,symptom/side reaction scores were significantly decreased compared with the control group,and the differences in each index were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing combined with cognitive correction therapy can effectively reduce social dysfunction,improve coping style and improve quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
