改性玄武岩鳞片在氟碳重防腐涂料中的应用

摘要 为解决海上风电金属塔筒的腐蚀问题,使用硅烷偶联剂KH550对玄武岩鳞片进行改性,以氟碳树脂为成膜物质,制备了不同改性玄武岩鳞片含量的氟碳重防腐涂料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对制备的样品进行了表征,利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、酸碱浸泡试验、中性盐雾试验和大气曝晒试验等评价了涂层性能。结果表明:加入6%的改性玄武岩鳞片的涂层综合性能最优,其附着力可达1级,硬度高(4H),固化快,表干时间仅20 min,一次成膜厚度平均可达100μm以上,耐化学品性优异,具有长效防腐耐候性。 To solve the corrosion problem of offshore wind power metal towers,fluorocarbon heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings were synthesized by using silane coupling agent(KH550)modified basalt scales and fluorocarbon resins as the film forming substance.The performance of the coating was investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),acid and alkaline immersion tests,neutral salt spray tests and atmospheric exposure tests.The results showed that when the adding of modified basalt scales was 6%,the coating had the best comprehensive performance.The adhesion could reach 1 grade,hardness was 1 B,fast curing surface drying time was only about 20 minutes,the average single film thickness could reach more than 100μm,excellent chemical resistance.
