Research on the High-quality Development of the Hub Economy Under the New Development Pattern of“Dual Circulation”

党的二十大报告作出了“加快构建新发展格局,着力推动高质量发展”的重要决策部署。经济高质量发展要求高质量的经济循环,“双循环”新发展格局的关键在于经济循环的畅通无阻,在“双循环”新发展格局下,枢纽经济高质量发展能够畅通国际国内两个市场、两种资源,是构建新发展格局的必然要求和高质量经济循环的保障。对此,应充分发挥枢纽经济对高端生产要素的聚流辐射作用,增强高端生产要素的流通活力与范围,加速高端生产要素的畅通循环,从而构筑开放合作的新发展格局,形成更综合、强大的供应链体系,重塑“双循环”新发展格局空间形态。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made the critical decision and deployment of“accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and making efforts to promote high-quality development.”Highquality economic development requires high-quality economic circulation,and the key to a new development pattern of“dual circulation”lies in the unimpeded flow of economic circulation.Under the new development pattern of“dual circulation,”the high-quality development of the hub economy can unlock the two international and domestic markets and resources,which is an inevitable requirement for the construction of a new development pattern and the guarantee of a high-quality economic cycle.In this regard,it is necessary to accelerate the smooth cycle of the hub economy to high-end production factors,enhance the circulation vitality and scope of high-end production factors,and give full play to the hub economy’s role in the accumulation and radiation of high-end production factors,so as to build an open and cooperative new development pattern,and form a more comprehensive and stronger supply chain system,to reshape the spatial form of the new development pattern of“dual circulation”.
