我国教育法劳动教育方针:嬗变、障碍与进路

摘要 劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,旨在帮助青少年健全发展和为社会主义建设事业培养手脑双全的劳动者,教育法劳动教育方针的演进总体上呈现“突出—弱化—突出”的趋势。我国劳动教育尚有在教育法律制度上不贯通,师资力量、教材课程、劳动场所等基本条件不配套,劳动技能考核评价机制没有落地等问题。劳动教育方针的高质量推进,既需要在教育法上建立从总则到分则的体系化规范,也需要师资和“一纲多本”课程教材等基本条件的保障,还需要形成以校外指导教师评价为主的劳动教育质量考核机制。 Labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.It aims to help young people develop soundly and cultivate to be the abled laborers for the cause of socialist construction.The evolution of the labor education policy generally presents the trend of“highlight-weakening-highlight”.China’s labor education still has problems such as the incompatibility of the education legal system,the lack of matching basic conditions including the strength of teachers,teaching materials and courses,and workplaces.The labor skills assessment and evaluation mechanism has not been implemented as well.The high-quality advancement of the labor education policy requires not only the establishment of a systematic standard from general to sub-rules in the education law,but also the guarantee of basic conditions such as teachers,curriculum and textbooks according to“one outline,multiple textbooks”principle,and the formation of labor education quality assessment mechanism should be based on the evaluation of off-campus instructors.
