国外健康老龄化理论研究综述及启示

Review and Enlightenment of Foreign Theoretical Research Regarding Healthy Ageing

健康老龄化的研究不仅对我国社会老龄事业的发展有着重要意义,同时也对家庭和个人具有深远影响。国外一些发达国家因为经济发展较早,在国民经济迅速发展的同时,也采取了多种多样的养老保障和健康管理方法应对老龄化,并在长时间的健康老龄化实践中取得了一定的成功,也积累了丰富的实践经验和理论基础。通过对国外学者在健康老龄化方面的研究现状和部分发达国家的实践进行梳理和分析,深入探讨国外的健康老龄化理论研究并借鉴部分发达国家健康老龄化的实践经验,为我国应对日益严峻的老龄化挑战提供一定的理论和实践依据,并进一步通过优化我国老年人保障的法律体系、养老保障的政策体系、发挥政府主导作用、发展养老产业、重视老年人健康管理、培养养老专业人才等途径来完善我国健康老龄化体系,以实现党和国家提出的大幅度提升我国健康老龄化水平的目标。

The research of healthy ageing is not only of great significance to the undertakings of handling population ageing properly in our society,but also exerts far-reaching influence on families and individuals.Due to the first mover advantage in economic development,some developed countries have adopted a variety of old-age security and health management approaches to cope with population ageing while maintaining rapid economic growth,and has achieved a number of successes during the long time practice,in addition,they accumulated a wealth of practical experience and theoretical basis.This paper aims at conducting in-depth discussion of related theoretical researches in both home and abroad as well as the practical experience of developed nations for reference by sorting out and analyzing the research status of foreign scholars regarding healthy ageing and the practice of some developed countries,in order to provide some theoretical and practical basis for our country in handling the increasingly severe challenge of population ageing,besides by optimizing the legal system of old-age security,the policy system of old-age security,giving full play to the leading role of our government,developing the old-age industry,attaching importance to the health management of old-age people,and cultivating the professional talents of old-age security,in order to consummate the healthy ageing system in China and achieve the objective of promoting healthy ageing substantially proposed by the Party and the national goverment.
